Sign Up & Onboarding
We begin supporting all your business technology and familiarizing ourselves with your networks, needs & goals. We audit your systems and define needed projects and system improvements over a 90-day period.
90-Day Review
During the 90-day review period we form an accurate picture of what your business needs both day to day and for future growth. Near the end of the review period, we meet with you and determine the price of service going forward based on those needs.
On-Going Partnership
After the 90-day review meeting, if both parties feel our cultures and visions align, we will continue our successful partnership. If you feel we are not a fit, for any reason, service can be cancelled at this time, with no penalty.
Assess & Plan
As an Always-On client, we conduct an initial meeting to further understand your business and goals. This allows us to customize a clear plan and budget for your company based on your current and future business needs. Each year, you will have the opportunity to review the past year and plan for the next, maximizing the return on your IT investment.
Optimize
We assign you a System Administrator based on experience and familiarity with your industry to act as the liaison between your business and all of the tools AMT has to offer. Your System Administrator is committed to executing your custom IT plan. The SA may begin with projects, upgrades, or refreshes to create an infrastructure that will work best for your business’ needs, while following industry-standard best practices.
Manage & Support
With full access to our Help Desk, your staff has a team of technicians to support them when they have questions or issues. At this point, your System Administrator knows your network like the back of their hand. Along with the general everyday health of your network; warranties, updates, and upgrades are managed by your SA. Periodic meetings assure that AMT follows your plan and budget until the next planning cycle.
Review & Budget
AMT performs periodic reviews as a best practice. We strive to become an integral part of your business’ success. As your business evolves and changes, so will your technology needs. We invest in your vision and believe in planning ahead.
