We are thrilled to welcome Luan to the All Mountain Technologies’ team as a Support Engineer. While Luan operates from Johannesburg, South Africa, his expertise and dedication ensure seamless support for our clients based in Colorado and beyond.

Luan brings extensive experience in IT support and he specializes in optimizing IT infrastructure, managing data migration, and setting up networks. His proactive problem-solving approach ensures reliable solutions for businesses. He is adept at diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently, proficient in various operating systems, and knowledgeable about cybersecurity best practices and cloud services.

Despite the physical distance, Luan excels in remote support, utilizing advanced tools and technologies to provide timely and effective solutions. His excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach ensure that clients receive top-notch support tailored to their specific needs.

Outside of work, Luan enjoys flying model airplanes, exploring alternative power sources, and developing home automation systems. His passion for technology and commitment to continuous learning make him a valuable addition to our team.
